Are you passionate about improving how people live, and looking to join a collaborative care team in Bozeman? Do you want to be empowered to treat patients according to their needs and your own judgment, and to be treated as a subject matter expert rather than a number? That’s the practice we’ve built: a group of clinicians providing high-quality, highly collaborative, holistic care aimed at the root of a patient’s problem rather than its symptoms.

Why Root

What it's actually like here

Holistic, high-quality care

You join a team built around care that creates meaningful change, not visit volume.

Empowerment in practice

Treat patients according to their needs and your professional judgment. Your expertise is the point.

Recognition and respect

You’re a subject matter expert here, not a number. Work-life balance, autonomy, and your financial well-being matter alongside the numbers that keep the doors open.

A genuinely collaborative team

PT, OT, PTA, and SLP disciplines under one roof, treating shared patients and talking to each other about them.

Focus on root causes

We treat the root of the problem rather than the symptom — which is slower to explain and better for patients.

Room to grow

Continuing education reimbursement that follows your own clinical interests, not a prescribed track.

Questions candidates ask

Are these roles part-time or full-time?

The physical therapist and pediatric occupational therapist roles are available part-time or full-time; the pediatric physical therapist role is part-time. Tell us in your email which you’re looking for and we’ll build the conversation around it.

Do you hire when nothing is posted?

Yes. We’re always eager to connect with clinicians who share our approach, and we’ve developed positions for the right people before. Email us even when the openings list is empty.

Where is the clinic?

1283 N 14th Ave, Suite 101, Bozeman, MT 59715 — one location, with on-site parking, serving Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Four Corners, Three Forks, Big Sky, Livingston, Paradise Valley, Shields Valley, and the greater Gallatin Valley.

What does a typical caseload look like?

Every session at Root is one-on-one with the therapist, adults and kids alike. Specifics vary by role and by how many hours you want — that’s a conversation, not a policy.
