Montana allows direct access to physical therapy, so most patients can schedule an evaluation without a physician referral. Medicare and Medicaid do require one — if that’s you, we’re glad to help you get it before your first visit.
We serve Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Four Corners, Three Forks, Big Sky, Livingston, Paradise Valley, Shields Valley, and the greater Gallatin Valley.
